We offer a small selection of event equipment to go with our staffing. Rentals are not booked on their own: they are added to a staffing quote, and availability and final pricing are confirmed by our team.

How to request rentals
Start a quote for your staff. The portable bar can be selected directly when you add a bartender. For chafing dishes or hot boxes, list what you need in the event notes and we will confirm what we can supply for your date.

Your personalized quote is based on your event details, staffing needs, location, timing, and selected add-ons. Complete the short form to receive your estimate.
You will be able to review your pricing in full before deciding whether to reserve.

Portable bar
A self-contained bar station for spaces without one. Select it in the quote form when you add a bartender.
Chafing dishes
Keep buffet and family-style courses at temperature. Request them in your event notes.
Hot boxes
Holding and transport support for catered food service. Request them in your event notes.
Not every item is available for every date, nothing is included automatically, and rentals cannot be booked without staff. Availability and final pricing are confirmed in your personalized quote.
