Complete our short quote form to tell us about your event. You can also email contact@theservercollective.com or call (437) 494-7600. Once your event details are confirmed and the required payment has been successfully collected, we will send your reservation confirmation.
We staff events across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. If your venue sits outside the GTA, tell us the location and we will confirm whether we can support it and what travel arrangements would apply.
Our staffing schedule is built around events rather than standard office hours. We regularly accommodate daytime, evening, weekend and late-finish events, subject to staff availability, location and the details of your booking. Share your schedule in the quote form and we will confirm coverage.
Yes. Bartenders placed by The Server's Collective are Smart Serve certified for responsible alcohol service in Ontario.
Yes - booking requirements such as minimum service hours apply, and the ones relevant to your event are confirmed in your personalized quote before you decide whether to reserve.
Your personalized quote is based on your event details, staffing needs, location, timing, and selected add-ons. Complete the short form to receive your estimate.
A deposit confirms your reservation, with the details set out in your quote. A reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been successfully collected and confirmation is issued. We accept cash, e-transfer and secure online payment.
Customer deposits are refundable, including for same-day weather cancellations, subject to a processing fee outlined in your quote and our terms. If The Server's Collective cancels or cannot fulfill a booking, you receive a full refund with no processing fee.
Default attire is professional black. If your event calls for something different, let us know in advance and we will confirm what is possible.
Gratuity is not included and is never required. If you would like to recognize your team, cash tips may be given directly to staff or gratuity may be added to your final payment. If you are comfortable with it, a discreet tip jar may also be placed at the event. Every option is entirely voluntary and never expected.
